Altarum Institute has designed and implemented numerous qualitative and quantitative evaluations of health and human service programs and policies at the national, state, and local levels. Altarum excels at conducting process- and outcome-oriented evaluations that directly inform policies and programs and impact budgetary and legislative decisions. We are skilled in using rigorous, innovative strategies to evaluate a variety of activities and topics, such as the effectiveness of state block grant programs, design and implementation of nutrition education programs, early childhood systems of care, and access to health care services for minority populations.
