Altarum Institute works collaboratively with clients to conduct needs assessments and gather key stakeholder input that informs program design and service provision. Using an approach of collaborative discovery and engagement, we assess a client’s needs, expectations and goals, and then align these with skills and resources. Key to Altarum’s approach to health program design is placing the target populations at the center of the program to understand what more is needed, and then design and conceptualize programs that are successful, results based, and beneficial to health.
