The Co-Director of the Altarum Institute Veterans Community Action Teams Mission Project (“VCAT”), John King, testified before the House of Representatives Veterans’ Affairs Health Subcommittee. King’s testimony provided the Committee with information regarding the VCAT project and the model Altarum hopes to develop to better integrate community services for veterans.
