As a subcontractor to Rife Communications, Altarum’s subsidiary Palladian Partners provided HHS’s Office of Women’s Health with strategic and tactical recommendations for womenshealth.gov. Palladian reviewed this 10,000-plus-page website and conducted usability testing to complement user focus groups and interviews. The Palladian staff identified the best opportunities for the office to engage its target audiences and improve its performance on search engine result pages. A final report brought together a high-level vision, Web and mobile content strategy recommendations, easy-to-implement changes that boost the site’s findability and usability, as well as a list of health topics with the most competitive and strategic opportunity.
