For the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s sodium reduction campaign, Altarum subsidiary Palladian Partners produced an educational live-footage video on the dangers of excess sodium consumption. Palladian multimedia staff members took the project from its conceptualization to production and beyond, including script-writing, filming, postproduction, captioning and 508 compliance, posting on YouTube, and promotion. Palladian created three versions of the video, “Salt Matters,” to serve various needs of the CDC staff, general public audiences, and other users. Throughout the process, the Palladian staff worked closely with the CDC program staff to ensure that the video was on-point with CDC’s messages.
