This Web-based tool, currently deployed in support of the Department of Treasury and the Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA), enables managers to monitor multiple development and operational systems from their desktop. By creating a collaborative program management environment for collecting and disseminating essential information to the entire spectrum of program members, the Enterprise Navigator provides a powerful tool for configuration management and control, program documentation, and collaborative processes and procedures. The Altarum Enterprise Navigator's capabilities can readily be tailored or augmented to support customers' unique needs.

Program Oversight

Altarum is fully knowledgeable of federal and Department of Defense (DoD) program oversight legislation, regulations, and requirements. Our program management systems are fully compliant with the requirements of the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) and Clinger-Cohen Act (Information Technology Management Reform Act (ITMRA)) and other program oversight legislation. We have extensive experience operating under the DoD-5000 series acquisition policies and regulations and are intimately familiar with the reporting and documentation requirements they establish. Our program management toolset provides ready access and analysis of program management data, and our extensive experience working with program assessment and evaluation offices, cost and economic analysis centers, and other oversight agencies allows us to provide accurate, timely, and complete responses to scheduled and ad hoc oversight reporting requirements.

Program Integration (Team Leader)

Altarum has extensive experience integrating the performance of complex, multi-task programs. As a Prime Contractor, we have managed and coordinated the efforts of multiple subcontractors on a variety of major development and analysis programs. We also have participated with our government customers in facilitating and supporting the performance of combined government-contractor Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) on several major programs. Our experience has shown that the critical factor in any successful program integration is the effective and efficient sharing of information among all participants.
