This contract provides technical assistance to CDC, its grantees, and other partners in the delivery of HIV, Viral Hepatitis, STD, and TB prevention programs. In addition, technical assistance will be provided to strengthen the capacity of governmental and nongovernmental/ community infrastructure in support of HIV, Viral Hepatitis, STD, TB and related services; to assist in the implementation of systems to ensure the quality and integration of services (particularly HIV, Viral Hepatitis, STD, TB) as well as linkages to treatment and care; and to provide technical assistance in all aspects of program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
